Educational Qualification

Passed Matriculation (10th class) or equivalent from a recognized board/university.

Age Limit

-18 to 25 years for MTS and Havaldar in CBN

(born between 02-08-1999 and 01-08-2006);

-18 to 27 years for Havaldar in CBIC and some MTS posts

(born between 02-08-1997 and 01-08-2006).

Age Relaxation

-SC/ST: 5 years;

-OBC: 3 years;

-PwD Unreserved: 10 years;

-PwD OBC: 13 years;

-PwD SC/ST: 15 years;

-Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after service deduction; –Defence Personnel disabled in operation: 3 years; -Central Govt civilian employees: up to 40/45 years.

Physical Standards

Applicable for Havaldar posts only.

Male: Height 157.5 cm (relaxable 5 cm for certain groups),

Chest 76 cm unexpanded + 5 cm expansion. Female: Height 152 cm (relaxable 2.5 cm for certain groups),

Weight 48 kg (relaxable 2 kg).

No restriction on attempts, subject to age eligibility.
